RRPD arrest records: Feb. 4-10

Feb. 4

Skyler Stanford, 22, of Corrales, was arrested for DWI and driving while license revoked on Unser Blvd. and Cabezon Blvd.

Reynaldo Magana, 48, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for attempt to commit robbery and battery on Rockaway Blvd.

Brittany Madden, 28, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery in the 2000 block of Cliff Drive.

Feb. 5

Tyler Burke, 29, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery at Napa Auto Parts on NM 528.

Samuel Goo, 34, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for shoplifting at Target on Crestview.

Feb. 6

Henacy Woodard, 19, of Las Cruces, was arrested for aggravated DWI, evidence of registration, careless driving and two counts of open container on Meadowlark Lane.

Darius Sandia, 24, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), negligent use of a deadly weapon and careless driving on Abrazo and Unser Blvd.

Jayden McDaniels, 17, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated burglary and battery in the 2100 block of Deer Trail Loop.

Sarah Meyer, 42, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at Albertsons on Ridgecrest Drive.

David Hernandez, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for negligent use of a deadly weapon in the 3000 block of Mason Meadows Drive.

Feb. 7

Jolene Benally, 43, of Albuquerque, was summoned for violation of a restraining order and disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Harrison Drive.

Kevin Murray, 39, of Rio Rancho, was re-arrested for escape from the penitentiary, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance at the Rio Rancho Police Department.

Zackary Reidl, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 2600 block of The American Road.

Feb. 8

Cristina Hamberg, 32, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and battery against a household member in the 100 block of Greenock Drive.

Feb. 9

Justin Viohl, 33, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and shoplifting in the 2100 block of Southern Blvd.

Jacob Cook, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving, expired registration and open container on Broadmoor Blvd.

Scott Lane, 32, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for shooting at or from a motor vehicle at the Rio Grande Credit Union on Unser Blvd.

Feb. 10

Jennifer Jones, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked in the 1400 block of Sunset Road.

Gilbert Zamora, 55, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and leaving the scene of an accident on Fornax Road.

Marcos Gurule, 39, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated battery upon a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance and receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicles on NM 528.
