Feb. 18

Fraustino Silva, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and open container at Western Hills and Southern Blvd.

Brent Bowes, 31, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 1500 block of Desert Paintbrush Loop.

Feb. 19

Aaron Leeder, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 2100 block of Lema Road. (Case Dismissed March 6)

Timothy Lucero, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for embezzlement of a motor vehicle in the 2100 block of Zaragoza Road.

Wesley Williams, 59, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI at Heaven Dragon on Ridgecrest Drive.

Joyce Dillinger, 56, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for DWI, careless driving, open container, driving while license revoked and no insurance on 19th Avenue.

Feb. 20

Rodney Current, 59, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 5800 block of San Miguel Drive.

William Vigil, 21, of Albuquerque, was arrested for an arrest warrant, possession of burglary tools and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer on Hudson River Drive.

Anthony Perea, 47, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of shoplifting at NAPA Auto Parts on NM 528.

Homero Briones, 53, of Texas, was arrested for DWI and failure to maintain traffic lane on NM 528.

Megan Sanchez, 23, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for two counts of battery against a household member in the 5900 block of Chaco Loop.

Tamara Irving, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 6500 block of Mountain Hawk Loop.

Christopher Padilla, 36, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at Legacy Church at Southern and Unser Blvds.

Feb. 22

Michel Garcia-Chavez, 35, of Corrales, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 3200 block of Matador Street.

D’Andre Mitchell Jr., 19, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 1200 block of Reynosa Loop.

Nicholas Bowie, 18, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DUI and careless driving at Wellspring Avenue and Unser Blvd.

Jeffery Hartzog, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and speeding on Broadmoor Blvd.

Charles Birch, 41, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 700 block of Morning Meadows Drive.

Feb. 24

Vanessa Mathis, 35, of Albuquerque, was arrested for criminal damage to property, conspiracy to commit criminal damage to property, aggravated burglary, conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary and five counts of larceny at a residence in the 300 block of Asbury Road.

Erik Mathis, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for criminal damage to property, conspiracy to commit criminal damage to property, aggravated burglary, conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary and five counts of larceny at a residence in the 300 block of Asbury Road.

Ryan Viohl, 36, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for embezzlement of a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of Southern Blvd.
