Dillon Bowman, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, expired registration and open container on Broadmoor Boulevard.

Feb. 12

Amanda Goodner, 51, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery upon a peace officer and resisting arrest in the 3500 block of Covered Wagon Road.

Feb. 13

Oscar Torres, 35, and Leah Campos, 38, both of Rio Rancho, were summoned for obstructing investigation of child abuse in the 600 block of Redwood Drive.

Audrey Melton, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving in the 2100 block of Northern Boulevard.

Rick Perez, 61, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container at Latitudes.

Feb. 14

Kimberly Tyler, 34, of Arizona, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 600 block of Stallion Road.

Johnny Flores, 31, of New Mexico, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles in the 500 block of 10th Avenue.

Mikala Damon, 24, of Arizona, was arrested for resisting arrest and battery upon a peace officer in the 7200 block of Spruce Mountain Loop.

Feb. 15

Torrie Colman, 53, of Alabama, was summoned for battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member in the 3800 block of Southern Boulevard.

David Navarrete, 28, of Arizona, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), failure to comply with requirements of sun-screening material on windshields and windows and speeding at Nicklaus Drive and Southern Boulevard.

Victoria Herrera, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, battery against a household member, criminal damage to property of a household member, interference with communications and resisting arrest at a location redacted by the city of Rio Rancho.

Jennifer Rivera, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container at Iris and Sonora roads.

Feb. 16

Dylan Lear, 43, of Albuquerque, was summoned for possession of a controlled substance in the 4000 block of Southern Boulevard.

Miguel Garcia, 47, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member at an address redacted by the city of Rio Rancho.

Jennifer Rivera, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), careless driving and speeding in a construction zone on Northern Blvd.

Eric Sanchez, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and open container at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Feb. 17

Joshua Rael, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) at Del Taco on Unser Boulevard.

Amar Alwishah, 50, of Albuquerque, was summoned for possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting at Walgreens at Southern and Unser boulevards.
