Dec. 8Jennifer Haeringer, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, evidence of registration and resisting arrest at an unspecified address.

Michael Brito, 48, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for child abuse at a redacted address.

Dec. 9Johnny Moore, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for four counts credit card theft, three counts of unauthorized use of credit card and larceny at Whataburger on Unser Boulevard.

Dec. 10Seth Montano, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for attempted aggravated battery, child abuse and criminal damage to property of household member in the 2300 block of Vista De Colinas Drive.

Dec. 12Kristina Marage, 38, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Wilma Lamon, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting at an unspecified address.

Dec. 13Michael Moquino, 32, of Santo Domingo Pueblo, was arrested for aggravated DWI at an unspecified address.

Anthony Baldonado, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for driving while license revoked at an unspecified location.

Dec. 14Tse-Whang Pena, 22, of Espanola, was arrested for aggravated DWI, negligent use of deadly weapon, open container and speeding at an unspecified location.

Dominick Larez, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), improper equipment and open container near Westside Boulevard on NM 528.

Emitt Valencia, 30, of San Felipe Pueblo, was arrested for DWI at an unspecified address.

Paul Trujillo, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), driving while license revoked and open container at an unspecified address.

Joseph Ingleton, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault, animal cruelty, negligent use of a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property and shooting at or from a motor vehicle at an unspecified address.
