Dec. 31

Michael Chavez, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Southern Blvd. and Rainbow Blvd.

Antonio Carmona, 36, of Hernandez, was arrested for shoplifting, concealing identity, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Jan. 1

Amanda Woodward, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing) and stopping or parking prohibited in specific places in the 1900 block of Lee Loop.

Jan. 2

Robert Vanpamel, 58, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Paul Marquez, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Luis Vargas, 38, of Mesilla Park, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Jan. 3

Richard Getchell, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), driving while license revoked, careless driving and no insurance on Lema Road and Mesa Road.

Jan. 4

Jacqueline Martin, 45, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in Rio Rancho.

David Hernandez, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, interference with communications and false imprisonment in the 3000 block of Mason Meadows Drive.

Monica Chmura, 59, and Michael Chmura, 62, both of Rio Rancho, were summoned for battery against a household member in the 3100 block of 19th Avenue.

Jerrod Ortiz, 40, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for trafficking at the parole office on Southern Blvd.

Jan. 5

Kristina Elias, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and speeding at Golf Course Road and 16th Avenue.

Jose Cabral, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Northern Blvd.

Neil Feldman, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, no insurance and speeding at Golf Course Road and 22nd Avenue.

Robert Ekeroth, 66, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on NM 528 at Corrales Road.

Samuel Cardenas, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for fraud on the 1600 block of Skyview Circle.

Tamara Irving, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member in the 6500 block of Mountain Hawk Loop.

Jan. 6

Vincent Delara, 48, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and careless driving on Ridgecrest Drive.

Jason Rojas, 40, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated stalking on the 1000 block of Cactus Drive.
