Dec. 3

Michael Tosa, 20, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI at Whataburger on NM 528.

Dec. 4

Jared Lambert, 48, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI on Southern Blvd.

Angel Cedeno, 65, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Lowe’s on Northern Blvd.

Michael Kylestewa, 34, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, no insurance, battery, expired registration and leaving scene of accident on Christine Drive.

Dec. 5

Zachery Chavez, 24, of Algodones, was arrested for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass in the 7800 block of US 550.

Antwan Agnew, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Southern Blvd.

Michael Howard, 23, of Texas, was arrested for DWI and careless driving on Golf Course Road.

John Bressette, 27, of Las Cruces, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen motor vehicles on Sara Road.

Dec. 6

Cesar Quezada, 22, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Brandon Casiquito, 40, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for driving while license revoked and failure to maintain traffic lane on Golf Course Road.

Dominic Abeita, 31, of Albuquerque, was arrested for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Vincent Trujillo, 45, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member, larceny and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle on the 1200 block of Monterrey Road.

Dec. 7

Andrew Harney, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and careless driving on 19th Avenue.

Skyler Stanford, 21, of Corrales, was arrested for aggravated DWI, improper equipment and open container on Northern Blvd.

Elijo Trujillo, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 900 block of Harrison Drive.

Keith Udy, 59, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 7700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Dec. 8

Isabella Martinez, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for leaving scene of an accident, DWI, no proof of insurance, evidence of registration and open container on Sioux Drive.

Ian Gallegos, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Tizianna Bustamante, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting and concealing identity at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Michael Bolagh, 46, of Edgewood, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), driving while license revoked, open container, careless driving and following too closely on Southern Blvd. and Golf Course Road.

Kirk Wilson, 45, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for driving while license suspended at the Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Arlene Segura-Villa, 36, of Belen, was arrested for shoplifting at Famous Footware in Enchanted Hills.

Jamie Ruiz, 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Famous Footware in Enchanted Hills.

Joseph Tenorino, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and failure to maintain traffic lane on NM 528.

Dec. 9

Garrett Brown, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 1700 block of Alpha Road.

Anthony Gavi, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 3800 block of Desert Pinion Drive.
