RRPD arrest records: Dec. 24-30

Dec. 24

Jesus Macias, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at the intersection of 23rd Avenue and 40th Street.

Xavier Apodaca, 24, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles and aggravated fleeing law enforcement in the 1800 block of Blackberry Road.

Tyler Lengstorf, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member, criminal damage to the property of a household member, false imprisonment and aggravated assault against a household member with a deadly weapon in the 3300 block of Tin Cup Road.

Denyse Wheelerdecker, 66, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Matthew Sena, 40, of Albuquerque, was summoned for driving while license revoked on Pine Road.

Kenneth Wolfe, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI, resisting arrest and two counts of battery upon a peace officer at Southern and Unser Blvds.

Dec. 25

Jennifer Amos, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 3200 block of Renaissance Drive.

Richard Barela, 36, of Hobbs, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI, failure to maintain a traffic lane and open container at Westside and NM 528.

John Lial, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery against a household member and three counts of battery against a household member in the 400 block of Christine Drive.

Dec. 26

Alec Semeraro, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 700 block of Saratoga Drive.

Jaxon Dawson, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked in Rio Rancho.

Dec. 27

Bounthanh Xaynhachack, 46, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI, no seat belts and no proof of insurance on Southern Blvd.

Dec. 28

John Achondo, 39, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 3700 block of Southern Blvd.

Syke Ahola, 22, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 3300 block of May Circle.

Dec. 29

Crystal Armijo, 42, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at the Target on Crestview Drive.

Keith Blankenship, 43, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and open container in the 1300 block of Warrior Way.

Marc Shwenk, 29, of Grants, was arrested for possession of stolen motor vehicles on Unser Blvd.

Dec. 30

Michael Means, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer in 4200 block of Crestview Drive.
