Charles Leblanc, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, false imprisonment and battery against a household member on Geraldine Road.

Adrianna White, 31, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Nacelle Road.

Dec. 18

David Romero, 38, of Cuba, was arrested for unlawful carry of a deadly weapon, negligent use of a deadly weapon, possession of firearm and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer in the 200 block of Moonstone Drive.

Dec. 19

Johnny Garcia, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of Southern Blvd.

Adren Randolph, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery in the 600 block of Soothing Meadows Drive.

Patrick Chavez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for use of a telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend in the 7800 block of Enchanted Hills Blvd.

Billie Birner, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 1800 block of Peach Rd.

Dec. 20

Fabian Montoya, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and careless driving on Unser Blvd. near King Blvd.

Adam Tapia, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications in the 5000 block of Coyote Way.

Brian Furmanek, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for interference with communications in the 4600 block of Platinum Drive.

Joshua Long, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault against a household member, attempt to commit aggravated battery against a household member, interference with communications and false imprisonment in the 2100 block of Deer Trail Loop.

Dec. 21

Dennis Baca, 58, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked, no insurance and evidence of registration on Northern Blvd. at NM 528.

Esmeralda Mendez, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Kadee Guerrero, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving on 22nd Street.

Ulysses Gomez-Martinez, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and abuse of a child in the 7100 block of Skagway Drive.

Jonathan Garcia, 34, of Bernalillo, was arrested for disorderly conduct at Albertsons on NM 528.

Dec. 22

Jesse Nieto, 27, of Arizona, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving on NM 528.

Kevin Wolverton, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and expired registration in the 1500 block of Unser Blvd.

Samuel Jelinski, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and careless driving in the 3700 block of Southern Blvd. Jelenski's case was dismissed in May 2024.

Cory Laplante, 45, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked and no proof of insurance on Rio Pinos Road.

Jeremiah Baca, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 100 block of Second Street.

Dec. 23

Jose Chumacero Enriquez, 22, of Santa Fe, was arrested for driving while license revoked, careless driving and failure to obey traffic control devices at NM 528 and Corrales Road.

Natasha Eldridge, 41, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving on Unser Blvd. and Westside Blvd.

Javin Sandia, 31, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for three counts of aggravated assault upon a peace officer on NM 528.

Victoria Herrera, 22, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at an unspecified address.

Brandalyn Garcia, 37, of Bernalillo, was arrested for shoplifting at Home Depot on US 550.

Eric Padilla, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member with a deadly weapon and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer in the 6500 block of Freemont Hills Loop.
