Aug. 6

Carlos Keith, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Target on Crestview Drive.

Jeffery Martinez, 31, of Gallup, was arrested for shoplifting at Lowe’s Home Improvement on Northern Blvd.

Javier Barraza, 57, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI at the intersection of Corrales Road and NM 528.

Sheila Sanders, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 1200 block of Bertha Road.

Jacob Heaton, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal solicitation to commit aggravated assault against household member and aggravated battery against a household member on the 6300 block of Osprey Drive.

Aug. 7

Samantha Lopez, 35, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of stolen motor vehicles and shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Sloan Vogel, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery on the 5000 block of Baranca Drive.

Aug. 8

Brittany Mattern, 40, of Albuquerque, was arrested for forgery and two counts of fraud at the 4700 block of Platinum Drive.

Aaron Lewis, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for false imprisonment, battery against a household member and aggravated battery on the 6100 block of Cielo Grande Drive.

Sierra Sandoval, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on Southern Blvd.

Joshua Long, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 2100 block of Deer Trail Loop.

Aug. 9

Brandice Chacon, 44, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance near Westside Blvd.

Victoria Aktsioglou, 52, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 500 block of Iroquois Court.

Lorraine Davidson, 61, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Southern Blvd.

Kaneala Dudoit-Kennedy, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery on the 4400 block of Jager Drive.

Aug. 10

Adrien Abeita, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, careless driving, no proof of insurance and vehicles subject to registration on Unser Blvd.

Timothy Hopkins, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of household member on the 4700 block of Sioux Drive.

Jesus Rodriguez, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer on the 2100 block of Pine Bough Road.

Aug. 11

Toni Pena, 21, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, turning movements and required signals and speeding on Polaris Blvd.

Cliff Stock, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on 10th Street.

Francisco Smull, 34, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Southern Blvd.

Aug. 12

Danielle Babbitt, 41, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member on the 600 block of Lakeview Circle.

Lorenzo Lozoya, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shooting from a motor vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at Tap N Taco.

Jacob Lovato, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery upon a peace officer, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct at McDonald’s on Northern Blvd.
