Aug. 20

Alejandro Garcia, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked near Southern Blvd. and Unser Blvd.

Destiny Gutierrez, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles on the 500 block of 10th Avenue.

Ted Hernandez, 64, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and assault against a household member on the 4600 block of Quartz Drive.

Clarissa Ortega, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance at Target on Crestview Drive.

Shawn Cruz, 19, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct on the 1000 block of Meadowlark Lane.

Aug. 21

Jennifer Garcia, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 2100 block of Palenque Drive.

Aug. 22

Ryland Olivas-Steckman, 18, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for non-residential burglary at the Speedway Gas Station on NM 528.

Luiis Jamesareco, 26, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member near Country Club Drive.

Marcus Sotelo, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for embezzlement at a residence in Rio Rancho.

Aug. 23

Ariana Zamora, 28, of Albuquerque, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of a controlled substance at CVS on NM 528.

Brandon Baca, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor at CVS on NM 528.

Tabitha Sanchez, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for abuse of a child and possession of a controlled substance at CVS on NM 528.

Alexander Beachy, 28, of Truth or Consequences, was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

Aug. 24

Sydney Baker, 19, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member, interference with communications and criminal damage to the property of a household member on the 1700 block of Parkway Drive.

Jose Mireles, 47, of Los Lunas, was arrested for aggravated stalking on the 400 block of Soothing Meadows Drive.

Katherine Ceja, 32, of Missouri, was arrested for robbery at Loma Colorado Main Library.

Aug. 25

Hannah Wilson, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of possession of a controlled substance near Buckboard Road.

Joanna Lujan, 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked, no proof of insurance and improper display of registration plate near Hilltop Plaza.

Alexander Candelaria, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked and evidence of registration near Southern Blvd. and Unser Blvd.

Aug. 26

Leanna Yazzie, 31, of Thoreau, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer near Sara Road and Country Club Drive.

Demetrius Thomas, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), open container, resisting arrest and two counts of battery upon a peace officer near Unser Blvd. and Western Hills.

Simon Fernandez, 20, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and speeding at the intersection of Leon Grande and NM 528.

Miguel Ortiz, 22, of Bernalillo, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of household member on the 4500 block of Safelite Blvd.
