RRPD arrest records: Aug. 11-17

Aug. 11

Ja'Vonce Mitchell, 19, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery against a household member at the corner of U.S. 550 and Paseo del Volcan.

Joey Gallegos, 40, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member and deprivation of property of a household member at a redacted address.

Aug. 12

Nicole Brickley, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for receiving stolen property at Walmart.

Gladys Powers, 26, of Espanola, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member with a deadly weapon at a redacted address.

Rolando Mendoza, 35, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property of a household member and deprivation of property of a household member in the 700 block of Fifth Street.

Felix Tenorio, 72, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked at Unser Boulevard and Black Arroyo.

Aug. 13

Aiden Burke, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault, shooting at or from a motor vehicle and negligent use of a deadly weapon in the 3800 block of Clear Creek Road.

Aug. 14

Orlando Pino, 39, of Albuquerque, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Coral Drive.

Aug. 15

Estrella Perez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for trafficking in the area of NM 528 and Rockaway Drive.

Larry Padilla, 64, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for first-degree murder in the 1700 block of Darlene Road.

Lainey Cook, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1500 block of 32nd.

Caitlin Charcoal, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and no insurance on Autumn Sage Avenue.

Aug. 16

Trinity Gutierrez, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Jaime Varela, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked at Southern Boulevard and Country Club Drive.

Mark Stegmann, 69, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI on NM 528.

Jose Davila-Garcia, 53, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, failure to maintain traffic lane, no insurance and evidence of registration on Rainbow Road.

Aug. 17

Frank Reynoso, 56, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on 10th Street.

Slava Boehm, 22, of Los Lunas, was arrested for DWI, careless driving and negligent use of a deadly weapon at Unser and Westside boulevards.
