April 7

Crystal Manjarrez, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and speeding on Unser Boulevard.

Hayley Hoffman, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for careless driving, DWI and open container at NM 528 and 19 Avenue.

Augustine Nerva, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and stopping on a highway near Southern and Unser boulevards.

Christian Candanoza, 31, of Texas, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 300 block of Southern Boulevard.

Juan Abarca Jr., 51, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property in the 700 block of Playful Meadows Drive.

April 8

Marisol Martinez-Montano, 44, of Arroyo Hondo, was arrested for driving while license revoked at Don Chalmers Ford.

Antonio Pedrego, 49, of Albuquerque, was arrested for assault upon a sports official on Broadmoor Boulevard.

April 9

Richard Michael, 67, of an unknown address, was summoned for aggravated stalking at a redacted address.

Christopher Lamoreux, 38, of an unknown address, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

April 10

Daniel Sustaita Cantu, 42, of Texas, was arrested for DWI and failure to maintain traffic lane on NM 528.

April 11

Andrea Gomez, 50, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member at a redacted address.

Lucille Roybal, 37, of Bernalillo, was arrested for evading an officer (refusal to stop) near Sally Beauty Supply.

Marisa Ochoa Marisa, 37, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery in the 2100 block of Grande Boulevard.

Adam Castillo, 32, of Santa Fe, was summoned for trespass at Sally Beauty Supply.

April 12

Nathaniel Madrid, 21, of Edgewood, was arrested for battery against a household member and false imprisonment in the 900 block of Country Club Drive.

Damion Martinez, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and aggravated battery against a household member in the 1800 block of Arlene Road.

Charles Deline, 30, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for two counts of battery in the 1700 block of Darlene Road.

April 13

Joshua Dansby, 39, of an unknown address, was summoned for assault against a household member in the 1300 block of Reynosa Loop.

Rita Lucero, 40, of a redacted location, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 3800 block of Wayne Road.

Eugene Roybal, 46, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Home Depot on US 550.

April Robinson, 38, of Mississippi, was arrested for driving while license revoked, aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container at Pecos Loop and Orchid Drive.

Ashley Garcia, 39, of Albuquerque, was arrested for attempt to receive or transfer a stolen motor vehicle near Northwest Loop Road and US 550.

Tiana Mendoza, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Roberto Ramirez, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), careless driving, no insurance and driving while license suspended on Barbara Loop.
