Octavio Pena, 22, of Albuquerque, was arrested for failure to maintain traffic lane and aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on Westside Boulevard.

Eduardo Ruiz-Navarro, 31, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated battery and battery against a household member in the 3700 block of Bronco Trail Road.

Siloise Binikiseh, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member at a redacted address.

Hayden Mathis, 24, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Keith Emerson, 38, of Colorado, was arrested for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle and shoplifting at Smith's on NM 528.

April 29

Shelton Bitsui, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery and false imprisonment at a redacted address.

Aaliyah Lopez, 20, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member, battery and child abuse at A Park Above.

Brent Nez, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and speeding on Loma Colorado Boulevard.

Amanda Farrar, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery in the 3500 block of High Resort Boulevard.

Oliver Saiz, 33, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for three counts each of identity theft and credit card fraud on the 1300 block of Firewood Drive.

May 1

Jennifer Gutierrez, 52, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery upon a peace officer and aggravated DWI at Golf Course Road and Westside Boulevard.

Damian Fant, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of stolen motor vehicles and altering or changing engine or other numbers on Platinum Loop.

Ryan Viohl, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for embezzlement of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Vancouver Road.

Tyler Wagner, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to the property of a household member on the 1000 block of Meadowlark Court.

Ryan White, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

John Quintana, 56, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal trespass at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

May 2

Angelica Salcido-Casaus, 33, of Las Lunas, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on NM 528.

Melvin Robinson, 54, of Albuquerque, was summoned for seven counts of violation of a restraining order on the 3700 block of Oakmount Drive.

Jacob Leyba, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for false evidence of title, failure to obey traffic control devices, no proof of insurance and no driver's license on Unser Boulevard.

McCoy Parker, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated fleeing law enforcement, reckless driving, improper display of registration plate, expired registration and no insurance on 19th Avenue.

May 3

Trace Risinger, 39, of Albuquerque, and George Harney, 57, of Rio Rancho, were each arrested for resisting an officer and six counts of burglary of a vehicle at Don Chalmers Ford.

Roberto Lopez, 66, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for attempt to bribe a public officer or employee, driving while license revoked, aggravated DWI, open container and careless driving on Rockaway Boulevard.

Louise Solis, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on US 550.

Jamie Dominguez, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

May 4

Bernardino Mendez, 59, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), careless driving and driving while license revoked at NM 528 and US 550.

Jeremy Chavez, 35, of Albuquerque, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles at Westside Boulevard and Golf Course Road.

Shawn Hill, 46, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) at Fifth Street and Unser Boulevard.
