John Wehner, 63, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI/DUI (refused testing), resisting arrest and failure to maintain traffic lane on Ridgerock Drive.

April 22

Bobby Gutierrez, 32, of Albuquerque, was summoned for shoplifting at Neighborhood Walmart on NM 528.

April 23

Michael Dickerson, 53, of Espanola, was summoned for aggravated battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Jude Kean, 32, of Albuquerque, was arrested for assault upon a health care worker at Presbyterian Rust.

April 24

Joel Rodriguez, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, careless driving, speeding and open container on NM 528.

Isaac Chavez, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) at NM 528 and Iris Road.

George Mariscal, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at a redacted address.

April 25

David Simpson, 59, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on NM 528.

April 26

Melissa Cox, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI on Rockaway Loop.

Tandra Kellam, 51, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), open container and reckless driving on Clayton Meadows Drive.

Laius Martinez, 20, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked, no seat belts, no insurance and expired registration at Sundt Road and NM 528.

Rossie Cotinola, 32, of Rio Rancho was arrested for child abuse at a redacted address.

Marissa Garcia, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for child abuse, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property at a redacted address.

April 27

Heather Sedillo, 45, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for abuse of a child and possession of a controlled substance on Geraldine Loop.

Michael Toledo, 25, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked and speeding on NM 528 and Frontage Road.
