Rio Rancho will again honor victims of 9/11 terrorist attacks
Once again, Rio Rancho will show it will never forget the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001.
Daniels Family Funeral Services Vista Verde location is looking for volunteers to help with its annual “planting” of nearly 2,996 American flags to honor those who died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
The 9/11 flag placement ceremony begins at 6:45 a.m. Sept. 10.
A 9/11 memorial ceremony is set for 6 p.m. Sept. 11. Both events will be held at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road.
