M’tucci’s Moderno to host benefit for Mandy’s Farm

M’tucci’s Moderno is hosting its Last Dinner of 2023 this week, which will benefit Mandy’s Farm, a nonprofit organization that assists people with developmental disabilities.

On Dec. 7, the restaurant will offer a six-course wine pairing dinner with Jackson Family Wines for $129 per person. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.

The menu includes oysters and salads using purple potatoes from Mandy’s Farm. Mediterranean sea bass, seared duck breast and lamb bourguignon, each paired with a wine, are also among the offerings.

“Mandy’s Farm does so much good for people, and we are honored to partner with them and make this holiday season extra special,” Howie Kaibel, M’tucci’s Restaurants minister of culture, said in a statement.

M’tucci’s has four restaurants in the Albuquerque area. M’tucci’s Moderno is at Unser Pavilon in Rio Rancho.
