One in custody in possible homicide

One person is in custody in a possible homicide stemming from a Saturday morning incident.

Rio Rancho Police Department has confirmed the death of one person and the arrest of another from an incident around 7 a.m. March 23.

“Police are investigating a possible homicide on Acapulco Road. One adult is dead, and another is in custody,” Rio Rancho PIO Jaley Turpen said.
