NM HEATS to hold CPR training class
Community members with little to no medical training are invited to learn first aid basics at 1690 Rio Rancho Blvd. on June 28.
The New Mexico Healthcare Education & Advanced Training Solutions (NM HEATS) is hosting a Heartsaver First Aid. The class “teaches you the basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help,and how to perform lifesaving skills,” reads a release on eventbrite.com. A course completion card will be provided to those who finish the course.
The workshop will start at 3 p.m., and the registration fee is $55. Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing.
