Farah Council
Three employees of the child advocacy group New Mexico Voices for Children have received promotions.
Farah Council has been promoted from development director to director of operations and organizational effectiveness. Two research and policy analysts, Jacob Vigil and Paige Knight, have been promoted to senior research and policy analyst.
Each of the three has worked for the nonprofit for four or five years.
