Get a free Uber after the Super Bowl

Sandoval County DWI Prevention, Cumulus Media Albuquerque, Bernalillo County Department of Behavioral Health Services, the New Mexico Department of Transportation and Ron Bell Injury Lawyers will host “Take A Ride on Us” for this Sunday’s Big Game.

“Take A Ride on Us” will provide county residents a safe ride option instead of driving under the influence after Super Bowl celebrations, in which alcohol consumption is common.

Rather than drive under the influence, from noon Friday through 3 a.m. Monday, residents can open the Uber app and use the code SUPER22. By using the code, riders will receive a credit of up to $15 off two trips.

Up to 1,000 trips are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The credit can only be used for rides, not Uber Eats, and the discount does not cover tip.

The “Take A Ride on Us” program has provided a safe ride option to more than 27,000 riders in the Albuquerque Metro area since the inception in 2017.
