As his health takes a turn for the worse, John Francis now needs help with expenses to help him and his family be comfortable in his last days.

Tanya Harden, who started a GoFundMe for him just last month, is sharing two local fundraisers that will go toward paying for the rest of Francis' hospital and hospice care bills as well as any costs related to a service for him when he passes.

From July 12-19, people can donate to a Krispy Kreme digital campaign for Francis. The link for the fundraiser will go live at 5 a.m. Friday.

There will also be a Pizza 9 fundraiser July 15 with 30% of the dine-in and carry-out sales made at certain Pizza 9 locations going to Francis. These are the Pizza 9 locations people can participate in the fundraiser:

• Pizza 9 Rio Rancho: 900 36th Place SE, Rio Rancho.

• Pizza 9 and Revel Burger Golf Course: 9250 Golf Course Road NW, Albuquerque.

• Pizza 9 Ouray: 5241 Ouray Road SW, Suite A, Albuquerque.
