CORR Youth Basketball starts Oct. 15

RIO RANCHO - The City of Rio Rancho Parks, Recreation and Community Services department announced in late September that the CORR youth basketball team is starting back up.
Practices begin the week of Oct. 15 at Haynes Park, but don't worry. The registration deadline isn't until Nov. 10.
The registration fee is $150.
According to the announcement made in a community flier released by the city, the team is "for all boys and girls in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades to give them the opportunity to compete against teams from other Rio Rancho schools."
The CORR team is designed for kiddos who may be attending private school, home school, or even just living outside the RRPS district.
According to the flier, the games will begin Dec. 7 and run through Feb. 22, though the exact schedule has not been finalized.
