Construction begins on Unser

Construction to widen Unser Boulevard from Cabezon Road to Black Arroyo Boulevard began Monday as part of the new commercial development project, The Village at Rio Rancho.
This project is not a city of Rio Rancho project. Franklin's Earthmoving Inc. is in charge of the construction.
Construction will is scheduled to continue through spring 2025.
