Clean air group to talk about Intel emissions in Corrales

There will be an in-person community meeting at Old Church in Corrales to discuss clean air on March 14.
The meeting will be hosted by the new advocacy organization, Clean Air for All Now, to promote clean air in residential communities near the Intel New Mexico plant.
“Discussion will focus on concerns about Intel’s dangerous chemical emissions,” a release from the organization states.
According to the release, the topics will cover the organization’s motive, a 2019 cancer study of the census tracts around Intel, risks of air pollution and the results of air monitoring in the vicinity of Intel.
