Children under attack by state leaders

I would like to thank Ida Mitchell for her informative letter (Rio Rancho Observer, 6/15/23). Parents of public school students should be aware that their children are under attack by the current New Mexico governor and her majority party. Parents send their children to public school to learn academic subjects, not to be abused by adults, without the knowledge or consent of the parents. “Medical mutilation and psychological abuse” by adults against your children is legally protected, and actually penalizes any person who informs the parents of any disordered activity involving your child. It’s time to fight to protect your children.
