Rio Rancho Police and Emergency Medical Services responded to Palermo Court at about 3:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, in response to a bicyclist being hit by a car.

Upon EMS arrival, the cyclist was unresponsive.

No further information was provided. Palermo Court was somewhat blocked by emergency vehicles presently following the incident.
