35th annual holiday arts and crafts festival set for Nov. 18

The city of Rio Rancho, Parks, Recreation and Community Services is hosting the 35th annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 18 at the Sabana Grande Recreation Center.
According to the city’s calendar, there will be more than 45 vendors for the event.
