Vision City Church hosting car show and carnival Saturday

Vision City Church, located on Southern Boulevard near Golf Course Road, will have a community event from noon to 4 p.m. April 20 featuring a car show and carnival.
The aim of the Cruise for a Cause Community Carnival is to support students in the community by raising funds to assist with their educational expenses and help them reach goals in higher education.
A lot of the funds are also put toward Independence High School students' needs.
This event will have a car show, food trucks, jumpers, a dunk tank, live music and more. Those in attendance will also have a chance to win prizes in a raffle.
The event is put on in partnership with Vision City Church, New Mexico National Guard (Army and Air Force), local police departments, Wal-Mart and American Home Furniture.
