Toughest Monster Truck Tour returns to Rio Rancho

The Toughest Monster Truck Tour will return to Rio Rancho Events Center Jan. 12-13.

Tickets for the event go on sale to the public on July 14 with all adult tickets discounted by $5 and all adult and child tickets including a free Pit Pass through Aug. 1. The offer is also available during pre-sale starting at 10 a.m. July 11 and running through July 13 with the code RREC24. The Pit Pass gets fans early entry to walk on the dirt track, see the trucks up close, get autographs from the drivers and take photos. After Aug. 1, pit passes can be purchased for $15.

The tour stop last year sold out the events center both nights.

“This year’s event will include the return of Dirt Crew and Tailgator plus several others, including at least one never seen before in New Mexico,” Kelly Hess Goldman, the event promoter, said. “This is the premier monster truck event in Albuquerque with lots of big dirt jumps, old-school crush cars and racing that involves lots of turns. Don’t be fooled by the imitators. Make sure you’re attending the real things.”

The Toughest Monster Truck Tour begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, and at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13. Tickets are available here and at Rio Rancho Events Center Box Office.
