You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiffs have filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:

Lot numbered Eight (8) in Block numbered Five (5) of Cielo Norte, Unit One, as the same is shown and designated on the plat thereof entitled “Cielo Norte Subdivision, Unit 1, City of Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, New Mexico”, as filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, on November 29, 2007, in Vol. 3, folio 2866B, as document no. 46363, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book No. 20, pages 83-84.

That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or 30 days after the last day of publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment by default will be entered against you.
