LOT NUMBERED SEVENTY-NINE (79) IN BLOCK NUMBERED ONE (1) OF TOSCANA AT CABEZON, A SUBDIVISION OF TRACTS 10-A-1 AND 10-A-2 WITHIN CABEZON SUBDIVISION, WITHIN PROJECTED SECTION 36, T12N, R2E, N.M.P.M., CITY OF RIO RANCHO, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON OCTOBER 4, 2006, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2717-B (RIO RANCHO ESTATES PLAT BOOK NO. 20, PAGES 9-13)
