STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Defendants: (1) Michael Katz and Mary A Katz 2000 Trust, and (2) The Unknown Claimants of Interest in the Premises Adverse to Plaintiff (collectively the “Defendants”), GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico, by the above-named Plaintiff, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:

Lots numbered Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) in Block numbered Thirty-Nine (39) of Unit 5, as the same are shown and designated on the plat entitled “S.E. PORTION OF UNIT FIVE, RIO RANCHO ESTATES, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, on July 26, 1962, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book 1, Page 28.

You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default and the relief prayed for by Plaintiff will be granted.
