STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Defendants: (1) The Unknown Heirs, Devisees or Legatees of Alice Bolster, deceased, and (2) The Unknown Claimants of Interest Adverse to Plaintiff (collectively the “Defendants”), GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico, by the above-named Plaintiff, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:

Lot numbered Fifty-Nine (59), in Block numbered One-Hundred Forty-Nine (149), of RIO RANCHO ESTATES, UNIT 25, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled “BLOCKS 131 THRU 141 & 143 THRU 150, PORTIONS OF BLOCKS 25, 26, 27 & 142, UNIT TWENTY FIVE, RIO RANCHO ESTATES, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, on March 5, 1971, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book 2, Page 53.

You are further notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance or file responsive pleadings or motions in said cause within thirty (30) days of the third consecutive publication of this Notice of Suit, judgment will be rendered against each Defendant by default and the relief prayed for by Plaintiff will be granted.
