PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26, notice is hereby given that the Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) proposes an overall goal of 4.04% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in RMRTD contracting opportunities during Fiscal Years 2023 – 2025. The proposed goal and rationale for goal development are available for public review for a period of 30 days during normal business hours at the address listed below. Furthermore, interested persons may submit written comments within 45 days of this notice to: RMRTD Disadvantaged Business Program (DBE) Manager, 809 Copper NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
