STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Respondents: All Unknown Owners or Claimants of the Property Involved in the above-captioned case for Petition of Declaration of Eminent Domain and Condemnation (collectively, “Unknown Claimants”), GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:
- LOTS NUMBERED SEVENTEEN (17) AND EIGHTEEN (18) IN BLOCK NUMBERED FORTY EIGHT (48), OF RIO RANCHO ESTATES UNIT SIX (6), AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE MAP OF SAID RIO RANCHO ESTATES, COUNTY OF SANDOVAL, STATE OF NEW MEXICO, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANDOVAL COUNTRY CLERK ON DECEMBER 11, 1962 IN RIO RANCHO ESTATES PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 34.
That unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before thirty (30) days after the last day of publication, judgment by default will be entered against you.
