Sandoval County is accepting bids for the construction of a new Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Operations Center. Bids are to be sealed and plainly marked “Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Operations Center – Formal Bid No. FY22-SCPW-05” and will be accepted by the Sandoval County Finance Division – Purchasing Office, Attention: Leslie Olivas, 1500 Idalia Road Building D, 2nd Floor (NW corner of NM 528 and Idalia), Bernalillo, NM 87004 until Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 3:00 PM MDT, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. No faxed or electronically transmitted bids nor submitted after the above date and time will be considered, and will be returned unopened.

proposal/. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on January 18, 2022 at 1pm mst, 1500 Idalia Road, Building D, 2nd Floor, Bernalillo, NM 87004. For all representative attending, please follow all NMDOH COVID-19 restrictions. Sandoval County reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all bids, to delete portions of bids depending on availability of funds, to waive technicalities, to make any investigations deemed necessary of a bidder’s ability to perform the work covered by the specifications and to accept the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the County.
