The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) has prepared conceptual layouts for drainage facility to help mitigate stormwater runoff that passes through the Vigil/Cielo Norte area. The project includes a stormwater detention pond and storm drain system. The purpose of this public meeting is to discuss the proposed Nightglow Ave Flood Risk Reduction Project to encourage community members and all other interested parties to provide comments, concerns, and suggestions regarding the project.

The draft design alternatives analysis report for this project is available on SSCAFCA’s website https://www.sscafca.org/.
