PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022:

The applicant, Roentgen Wellspring, LLC, through their agent Tierra West, LLC, is requesting approval of a site plan for a fast food restaurant with drive-through at the property located at 1909 Wellspring Ave SE, legally described as Unit 10, Block 28, Lot 2.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
