RFP 2023-02

The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) requests qualification based competitive sealed proposals to provide Design and Engineering Services for the Thermopylae Diversion Project. The solicitation documents, including scope of work, criteria for selection, and additional information, can be found on SSCAFCA’s website: https://www.sscafca.org. SSCAFCA Point of Contact: Deborah Casaus, Fiscal Services Director at (505) 892-7246.

SSCAFCA will host a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting at its office building (located at 1041 Commercial Drive SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124) on April 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM local time.

SSCAFCA encourages qualified small and minority businesses and women’s business enterprises (MBE/WBE) to submit proposals. SSCAFCA further encourages non-MBE/WBE prime consultants to solicit qualified MBE/WBE as sub-consultants for smaller project tasks.

SSCAFCA will accept proposals until April 25, 2023 at 3:00 pm local time at its office building. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
