STATE OF NEW MEXICO to the following Respondents: All Unknown Heirs of Irene E. Reynhout and All Unknown Owners or Claimants of the Property Involved in the abovecaptioned case for Petition of Declaration of Eminent Domain and Condemnation (collectively, “Unknown Claimants”), GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled court and cause, the general object thereof being to quiet title in and to the following described real estate:
- Lot numbered Thirteen (13) in Block numbered Ninety-eight (98) of Rio Rancho Estates, Unit 8, as the same is shown and designated on the plat entitled “WESTERLY PORTION OF S.E. PORTION OF UNIT EIGHT, RIO RANCHO ESTATES, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, on April 22, 1963, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book Number 1, Page 46.
