Jehovah’s Witnesses to host events celebrating Jesus' death

RIO RANCHO — Jehovah’s Witnesses are inviting Rio Rancho area residents to join them in a month-long series to honor the death of Jesus.
A special talk, “Can Truth Be Found?” will be delivered at local Kingdom Halls on April 5 and 6, depending on the location, according to a news release from the Christian denomination and its local members. A one-hour discussion including audience participation will follow.
An annual observance of the “Memorial of Christ’s death” is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, the release said.
