Truly Nolen Pest Control promotes Nichols to manager of Rio Rancho service office

Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced Fred Nichols has been promoted to manager of the company’s Rio Rancho service office.

Nichols joined Truly Nolen in September 2017 as a residential service professional. Prior to joining the company, he worked for a service and restoration company for six months and another pest control company for five years.

“Fred’s familiarity with Rio Rancho, ability to juggle multiple tasks and his commitment to our company’s core values made him the perfect person for his new role,” said Emily Cruz, area manager, West Texas and New Mexico. “I am excited to see his continued success and help take our Rio Rancho service office to the next level.”

Some of Nichols’ new responsibilities will include helping the service office increase visibility with the local Rio Rancho community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
