Tech Nuts, an IT help desk company, celebrated 10 years of business April 4 with a ribbon cutting in front of their location on Rio Rancho Boulevard.

"I really look forward to the next 10 years in business. She'll be working for us one day," owner and president Arkulas Beyer said, pointing to his baby girl.

Tech Nuts handles anything from network management to cybersecurity. The company offers on- and off-site solutions.

The city and the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce expressed gratitude for Tech Nuts.

"Tech Nuts has really built strong reputation in the City of Vision right here in Rio Rancho, and we just continue to be grateful for your contribution and your investment into our community. May these 10 years be the first of many decades that you're going to be open and serving," Mayor Gregg Hull said.

Chamber President and CEO Jerry Schalow expressed frustration with computers.

"I cannot say enough about the name Tech Nuts because it drives me nuts, all that computer stuff," Schalow said.
