RR entrepreneur releases how-to business book

RIO RANCHO — Rio Rancho leaders have been proponents of small business success, but sometimes the little guy needs a leg up. Rio Rancho entrepreneur Gabe Pacheco knows this as he has been through the trials and tribulations of a business owner.

So, he released the “Dream Plan Execute: The Journey to Small Business Triumph,” a book that acts as a guide to those small businesses who could use that leg up.

“Whether you’re just starting or looking to enhance your current strategies, this book provides the tools you need to succeed,” Pacheco said.

According to a release, readers will find insights into developing a brand identity, building and leading a team, marketing and customer service strategies, financial planning and budgeting, and overcoming challenges and adapting to industry shifts.

A portion of each book sale will support his charity, the G&M Cares Fund. Pacheco is head of the G&M Medical Center in Rio Rancho.
