Rio Rancho home builder gets PNM award second year in a row

Rio Rancho real estate and construction company Amreston Homes announced March 5 that for the second year in a row it is the recipient of the PNM Highest Performance New Homes Award for Highest Average kWh Production Builder.

“This prestigious accolade recognizes Amreston Homes’ unwavering commitment to building energy-efficient homes that not only benefit homeowners but also contribute to a sustainable future. The award is aimed at appreciating energy mindfulness with building. The homes in Rio Rancho are found in Lomas Encantadas, Park West, Star Heights and other areas. Prices range from $300,000-$400,000.
