RIO RANCHO — Hurt? Call Bert. That personal injury law office slogan has been on New Mexico billboards and on TV ads for years.

Now, the slogan is right in the heart of Rio Rancho as Parnall Law opened its newest location in the Southern Plaza at Southern and Unser boulevards.

“Thank you for joining us to celebrate this milestone, this grand opening of Parnall’s third office right here in dynamic, growing, thriving Rio Rancho known for its resilience and progress. It’s the perfect place to deepen our roots and expand our mission,” founder Bert Parnall said at the business’ ribbon cutting Nov. 20.

Parnall said that he was reminded of when he first started his law office 15 years ago with a team of three.

“Our mission was, remains, to fight for justice for the lawfully hurt. Now, today, we’re 105 people strong united by our core values, the five T’s: teams, talent, truth, tenacity, and triumph. And we are determined to make a difference for the for wrongfully injured New Mexicans. Like Rio Rancho, we have grown with intention and purpose,” Parnall said.

He also said that the trustworthy nature of the team shows in their service.

“Growing up in a family of miners, doctors, educators and legal professionals, it taught me the importance of standing up for others. That foundation inspired me to shift my focus from prosecuting criminals to representing victims, helping secure justice and healing in the face of unimaginable challenges that our clients face. With this office, our mission remains clear: To be champions for justice to stand with those who are wrongfully hurt and to contribute to community where fairness and accountability prevail,” he said.
