Office Alternatives launched a new chapter with a celebration of its grand re-opening Dec. 5 with the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce.

Owner, president and CEO Christina Esterly was the one to wield the giant pair of scissors during the event.

“We recently remodeled our riverside location … our clients are very happy we remodeled and that it is over,” Esterly jokingly said. “We just want to thank the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce for always supporting our business, and of course, to M’tucci’s for donating food for today’s event.”

Esterly has been at her position for the past five years and is happy to help business owners save money.

“We actually have a barber using one of our offices. We have attorneys, we have CPAs, massage therapists, counselors, physiatrist, and they save money because they don’t go rent their whole 3,000-square-foot facility; they rent a 200-square-foot office, and we provide everything they need to run their business (for the most part),” Esterly said. “For startup businesses, we will give virtual mail — which is normally $65 a month — we will give it to them for $30 a month for the first year,” Esterly said.

According to its website, Office Alternatives offers clients virtual offices, executive office spaces, coworking facilities, onsite receptionist services and more.

“Before you start a business or before you lease your own brick-and-mortar space, check us out, see if we can help your business,” Esterly said. “But if you already have a business, come and talk to us and see what we do, and we might be able to help you save money.”

They offer businesses the luxury of renting services and spaces without the long-term lease or financial burden.

“The chamber has been very supportive of Office Alternatives, and the Rio Rancho Chamber has given us a lot of publicity and time for the past five years. We are just very thankful for that.” Esterly said.
