Dog Fanatic store opens up on THE BLOCK

RIO RANCHO — THE BLOCK in Enchanted Hills has added The Love of Dog Boutique to its already impressive lineup of stores and restaurants.

A regular presence at pop-up store locations in the metro area, The Love of Dog Boutique sells apparel, gifts and accessories for dog lovers and plan to be at THE BLOCK until the end of the year.

“So, we’ve only been at THE BLOCK for just over a week. We sell T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, cups, things like that for people who love dogs,” owner Paul Falardeua said.

Falardeua owns the store along with his wife, Lynne Falardeau.

The boutique is the only store in New Mexico to sell Dog is Good products.

“We are currently the only authorized reseller in New Mexico,” Paul said. “They are a popular company, and they are always coming out with fresh ideas and designs. So, we are happy to be involved with them.”

Paul is also a certified dog training instructor (CPDT-KA) and owns a dog training business called Good Buddy Dog Training.

“It’s named after my dog, Buddy,” Paul said.

The Love of Dog Boutique is open from noon to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
