Colliers New Mexico-El Paso Broker Appointed Chair for LIN and President-Elect of CCIM

Colliers New Mexico-El Paso announced Friday that Senior Associate Broker Elisa Cárdenas has been appointed as 2024 chair for the Leasing Information Network as well as president-elect of the New Mexico chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Cárdenas recently served as vice chair for LIN as well as secretary for the CCIM New Mexico chapter.

“We are delighted by Elisa’s commitment to serve in leadership roles in New Mexico’s commercial real estate member organizations,” said Tim With, senior vice president and principal of Colliers and a CCIM New Mexico past president. “She is a great steward of our industry, and we are proud of her recent accomplishment in obtaining the coveted CCIM designation.”

As part of the Colliers team, Cárdenas has worked on a variety of transactions across every property sector. Beginning her commercial career in 2021 on the heels of the pandemic was a particularly challenging time for the commercial real estate industry and yet Cárdenas established herself as a prominent member of the brokerage community.
