Amreston Homes opens two-unit homes on Unser
RIO RANCHO — The Sunrise Place community attached homes are open for living as of Jan. 18.
“It is with pleasure to celebrate the grand opening of this exciting new development. Sunrise Place is more than just a collection of beautiful homes; it’s a testament to the vision, hard work and dedication of many individuals and organizations,” Amreston Homes assistant sales manager Stacy Fusilier said.
She and other Amreston Homes associates celebrated the opening with a ribbon cutting that day.
The community consists of eight single-family homes. Each building is split into two or three units, each with their own two-car garage “offering a unique opportunity for first-time homebuyers, multi-generational living and/or investment properties,” Fusilier said.
She said the homes start at $358,000.
“All homes at Sunrise Place share the same high-quality interior finishes, ensuring a consistent level of comfort and style throughout the development. In addition, as a Build Green New Mexico Gold Level certified builder, we’re committed to sustainable practices and energy savings that are then passed to the buyers,” she said.
Despite the homes sharing a wall, they are sold individually. Fusilier says this gives buyers a sense of choice.
“Sunrise Place represents a significant investment in our community. It will contribute to increased housing inventory in Rio Rancho that addresses the growing demand for quality homes in our area and economic growth, supporting local businesses and creating jobs,” she said.
Amreston Homes Division President Brian Earnest was pleased to be in that area, too.
“We’re happy to be in this market, and we’re looking forward to the long-term relationship in Rio Rancho. Got many more communities coming up,” he said at the ribbon cutting.
The community is located at the corner of Fifth and 19th streets.
